GRCm39 (mm39) vs GRCm38(mm10)

I found out that GRCm39 is out recently.

I was wondering what is the major difference between mm10 and mm39.

I couldn't find any articles describing the differences.

(Just a post from a blog describes it, but not enough information.)

Not sure what blog post you are referring to but if it is this one then it is from GRC the official organization that manages genome builds. You can see the differences in statistics of major releases here. Changes are noted in this slide deck presentation.
