I would like to do some analysis on nucleosome positing for my college project, but when I search literature, I feel like everything is already done.

I've sequencing data for different stages of cell cycle in mouse and I was wondering if I can infer something from these.

What else can be done in the field? I'm not restricted to use only mouse data, but can use any other organism as well.
