Hi,

I have some single-cell RNA sequencing data of maize. I want to use seurat to regression the effect of cell cycle genes. I have read some literature about the cell cycle of Arabidopsis and maize, but I don’t know how to define genes as S or G2M provides the CellCycleScoring method for seurat. I need the corresponding list of cell cycle and S or G2M or the principle of defining this information. The gene list can be Arabidopsis, rice, maize or any other plant.
