Cell cycle expression/ChIP in mouse
I'm starting a project to characterise a mitotic specific histone modification in mouse. I would like to gather some existing data of RNA/ChIP-seq during various phases of the cell cycle if they exist.
Mouse ES cells and mitosis-specific data would be preferable. I've run GEO and Google searches but I haven't been able to find anything yet. I personally find GEO searches to be quite clumsy. If anyone is aware of this kind of data, it would be very useful to me.

I have recently discover to this site in which you may be found what you are looking for and at least research are easier than in geo. http://epigenomesportal.ca/ihec/index.html
It's pretty light on mouse data at the moment but it looks very interesting.
