Why 3' End Has A Lower Quality In Ngs Data

Hi all,

I observed that NGS sequence reads have a lower quality towards the 3' end. I would like to know the reason for having low quality reads towards 3' end. Hope someone can help me.

Thank you inadvance

Thank you very much. I got the point
