Any Tools To Do Joint Analysis Power Calculation With Quantitative Traits For Gwas
I want to do power calculation for joint analysis with quantitative trait. I use Quanto but it does not have features to do calculation for joint analysis. CaTs does but it is for case-control design. I will be grateful if somebody suggests me a tool to do GWAS joint analysis power calculation with quantitative trait.
