Gc Content Correction In Apt-Copynumber-Workflow
Hello
Does anyone have experience using affymetrix' apt? I'm trying to understand how to make GC correction but I could not figure what parameter and what options to use. If anyone knows how to deal with it, I'd be gratfull.
