Is it possible to run Coevol program on windows? If so, how?

I am aiming to calculate Kr/Kc using the Coevol 1.4 program. I have downloaded it onto a windows computer but can not figure out how to run the program from the multiple files obtained. Does anyone have any experience with this program and knows how to run it on a windows machine?

Not much documentation, but it looks like the download only includes binaries for Linux and OSX so, at least how it is provided, you can't run it on windows. The source is provided, you could try and compile it but I suspect it won't work.

You may want to try Cygwin if you don't have access to a Linux/Mac machine.
