Trying to run Galaxy_18.05 on linux

I am trying to run Galaxy and have successfully installed the program onto the linux machine. The directions moving forward to run Galaxy online are to start up the galaxy server on a localhost and port 8080 bu simply entering the command "sh run.sh" but my machine is telling me "sh: 0: Can't open run.sh". What am I doing wrong here. The Galaxy repository was installed onto the computer and the directions at https://galaxyproject.org/admin/get-galaxy/ tell me the only thing I need to do it sh run.sh but this is not working and there are no further instructions available to me.

Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

Can you do ls -lh and post the results
