How to use hicFindEnrichedContacts?

I'd like to use hicFindEnrichedContacts (in HiCExplorer tools), but the documentation is very sparse. For example, I don't think the parameter for the input isn't even included among the options -- unless I'm completely misunderstanding what this tool is supposed to be doing. Does anyone have an example working command for this tool that I could use to get started? Thanks!

This was fixed in June but there hasn't been a related release yet. The only thing I can recommend is to install the develop branch from github then. I'll push the current developers to push out a new release soon.
