Looking For Ngs Exome Or Genome Data From Siblings Of Consanguineous Parents

Hi, BioStars

to test an assmumption I am looking for exome or genome NGS data from sinblings of consanguineous parents. The data would be used confidentially and anonymized. If you have such genetic data in a public database, know where to find it, or could provide it for my research purpose, I would be very thankful.

The format of the data does not matter, I will generate VCF files and have in-house pipelines in order to do so.

You can obtain some siblings information from Complete Genomics pedigree genomes: http://www.completegenomics.com/public-data/69-Genomes/

A quick search of dbGaP may be useful (but may not).
