Hi Biostar Users,

I have been working since a while on analyzing binary (BAM) and annotated (vcf) NGS data. However, I did not get the opportunity yet to learn how to manipulate FASTA/FASTQ and SAM files, mainly how to do pipelines capable of Cleaning data, aligning sequences and performing sequencing statistics.

I am searching for a bioinformatics research lab or a NGS company in France to do a training in order to acquire these skills.

I would be grateful if you can provide me with some advice.
