Small Rna (Mirna) Isolation -- Paxgene Or Tempus

Does anyone have experience isolating small RNA's (miRNA) from whole blood-- if collecting in PAXgene tubes vs Tempus tubes can affect downstream small RNA isolation? Thanks in advance
