How To Define How Much Useful A Microarray/Gene Expression Dataset Is For Predicting A Go Term
I have a dataset(microarray/gene expression). Each gene is associated to a protein and the protein has/hasn't a specific GO term as well. How can I know how much useful this microarray dataset is for predicting the GO term. Suggestions guys.

I mean the protein associated with the gene either is associated/labeled with that GO term or not
