Resources For Learning How To Deal With Next Generation Sequence?

Hi, I am a newbie bioinformatician interesting in knowing something more about next generation sequencing and in particular about what kind of analyses it is possible to perform on these data and what kind of tools can be used. Does anyone know where I could start? Any good book, website, tutorial?
