What To Do With Organisms Without Ncbi_Uid?
Hello,
Currently I'm still just a student, but I'm having problems with my current task. I need to insert certain organisms with their refseq annotation into the database. Most of these organisms have ncbi_uid's, but some do not, and I can't find what they should be.
Can anyone help me out here? Or am I misunderstanding ncbi_uid's?

I'm not quite clear on the question here - do you mean you are adding records to your own database? And by ncbi_uid to you mean the Taxonomy ID for the species in question? If a species is not represented in an NCBI database it won't have a Taxonomy ID,
