How To Convert Tab-Delimited Pssm Files To Asn.1 Format

I have some tab-delimited PSSM files which were downloaded from NCBI pssm-viewer.

I want to use them for RPS-BLAST database. But I don't know how to convert them to ASN.1 scoremats format, which are suitable for executing formatrpsdb.

Download the CDD in gzipped format and take the PSSMs from there, they are already ASN.1 format.
