Convert ASCII PSSM to ASN checkpoint PSSM

I have used Psi-BLAST to generate PSSM for protein sequences. All these PSSM are in ASCII. Now I need to feed these PSSMs into another program. Now this program requires the PSSM in ASN file format. How can I convert these ASCII PSSMs into ASN checkpoint files? I have generated these files against the uniprot90 database and I cannot redo the whole process.
