I just realised that Homologene may not have C. albicans data in it. There is another resource http://www.candidagenome.org/ . It will give you the Saccharomyces cerevisiae ortholog for Candida albicans and you can use the Saccharomyces cerevisiae ortholog to get the human ortholog using one of the above resource or Entrez gene NCBI.
How To Find Human Homologs For Proteins From Candida Albicans

Use can also use some resource like Homologene (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/homologene) and BioMart (http://useast.ensembl.org/biomart/martview/) to get the list of human orthologs.
