Shrimp2 On Galaxy Instance

I was wondering if there is any instance of galaxy out which has SHRIMP2 aligner? I Googled and searched but could not find one

No. If you are interested in answering the question more directly you might try searching on the Galaxy tool shed. If the software does not have a tool definition in the tool shed, [your software of interest] most likely will not be found in anyone's Galaxy instance. The tool shed is the distribution method for integrating external tools into Galaxy.
