Question about galaxy tool wrapper
I want to use Bismark tool which is in galaxy tool shed https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=0df2df1072d600d7
Can some one point me how best I can use it . Are there any specific steps summarized which I can follow to use this wrapper into local galaxy instance.
