Problem uploading reference database silva_123 for 16S V3-4 analysis

Hello, I'm trying to align my data from 16S RNA V3-4 to the NR SILVA database 123 but when I select the database that I upload, to my galaxy, as silva.nr_123.tar appears the word unavailable previous the silva data base and the output remit an error while running the tool toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/mothur_align_seqs/mothur_align_seqs/1.39.5.0 Please, if anyone can help me. Thanks

Please furnish following information:

  1. Program you using for alignment
  2. Input file formats that program accepts for alignment
  3. Error log

In addition, there is a dedicated galaxy forum and post your query there with error log, program you are using for alignment and silva version and link you have used for downloading silva
