Length Of The Vdj Segment In B Cells
Hi guys,
I'm not sure whether this immunology question can get an answer here, but I was wondering what the length of the VDJ segment is in B cells? Is there any way to find this out bioinformatically?

The length of the VDJ region depends on the :
- V and J genes as they have different length
- Number of added nucleotides in CDR3 region
- Heavy chain has D segment while Light doesnt
