unstructured proteins finding
Hi guys, I am not totally sure whether this is bioinformatics question or not, but this is my last place to find my answer.
I am looking for a protein with these features: 1- have not been structured experimentally, 2-have usage in industry or medicine.
Does any body have info. about how can I find such protein?

I’d start from finding a protein that has some application. The vast majority of them will have little if any structural information.
This sounds like a task for literature searching. You could maybe look particularly at membrane proteins which are common drug targets but among the hardest to resolve structures.
