In-Silico Phosphorylation Of A Protein Residue

Hi guys,

I found this question: In-Silico Phosphorylation Of A Protein Residue from more than 3 years ago. It doesn't seem to be answer, and I'm facing the same problem now.

Is there anything that can allow this to be done now? I've just found that there are force fields for phosphorylated residues, but I'm not sure if there's a software or tool that allow the in silico mutation of a residue to a phosphorylated one.

Thanks a lot guys!

See this paper as a recent example:

http://dx.doi.org.sci-hub.cc/10.1016/j.meegid.2015.06.001#

It mentions some tools to predict phosphorilation.

See this chapter:"2.2. Phosphorylation potential and related kinase prediction"
