Rn_Celera - Gff/Gtf File Link Location?

Hi all,

Does anybody know where can I find GTF/GFF file for Rn_celera genome assebly(for Rat) ? I could not find it in NCBI site.

Please help!

GTF/GFF files are usually found in genome browsers. You can check UCSC genome browser and download it from there.

http://genome.ucsc.edu/

Go for Rat in the Genomes option.
