I have created a series of videos that describe the different stages of ChIP-seq analysis, based on the GALAXY tool kit:

The series is primarily designed for people working in the University of Manchester, UK, using our own instance of GALAXY. However, I discuss the different stages of ChIP-seq analysis and describe using popular tools available available in both our own GALAXY instance and as stand-alone programs.

This is my first attempt at video making, so any comments/suggestions would be gratefully received :)
