Obtaining .Sqn Files For Wgs Submission At Ncbi ?

Hello there,

During a recent BioProject Submission, NCBI Personnel ask the following: "Your submission contains only fasta sequences. We need .sqn files in order to process a WGS submission." What does it indicate and How to obtain the ".sqn" file formats?

Did you try searching at all? The second result for "ncbi sqn" contains detailed instructions on using Sequin to turn fasta into sqn: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK53709/
