Help Needed for Submitting Multiple Sequences to ENA
I’m currently working on a project where I need to submit a large number of nucleotide sequences to the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA). I’m a bit stuck and could really use some help from anyone who’s done this before.
Specifically, I need advice on the following:
What format should the sequence files be in for ENA submission? Are there any templates or tools available to help with batch submissions? How should I annotate the sequences and what metadata is required? Any tips on avoiding common mistakes during the submission process? Any guidance or resources you can share would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best, Lucas
