Is There A Name For Chip-Seq Peaks That Occur Just After The Stop Codon Of A Gene?

I was wondering if there is a term for peaks that occur at the end of the gene, either in the 3 prime UTR area or after it. I want to learn more about these kinds of peaks but I have no term to google.

peak-calling chip-seq

I don't know whether there is specific term for such ChIP-seq peaks. But in biology term, you may mean regulatory element located at 3' UTR or downstream of the target gene.
