Where To Find Rnas Used In Gene Expression Studies?

I have found several datasets that use the transcriptome from the hippocampus in mice and humans. I am very interested in getting the transcriptome from the hippocampus in mice and humans. Some examples are here:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSM107009 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSM80664

(You can find more by searching for "hippocampus" in these pdfs: http://molecularbrain.org/datasets/)

Problem is, they never include the actual RNAs or transcriptomes used in the studies, only the gene expression data. Am I overlooking something? Should one be able to find the RNAs or transcriptomes used somewhere on those GEO-pages?

These are microarray studies, so you'll find the probe information by browsing over to the various GPL (e.g. GPL1261 and GPL570 for the first and second examples, respectively). You may or may not find the actual probe sequences there, it's sort of hit or miss. Often, you have to click over to the vendor's website and then download a datasheet with the actual probe sequences.
