How To Interpret The Results Produced By Verify3D Structure Evaluation Server?
Hello,
I submitted my 3D model to verify3D and got 3files but I am not able to interpret the results. I need to know how to do so so that I can tell how good my model is. Any help will be highly appreciated. The files I got are .env, .v3d and .pdb.
Thanks.

A good starting point is the paper that describes this service:
VERIFY3D: Assessment of protein models with three-dimensional profiles
The program described here is available on the World Wide Web for noncommercial applications. The URL is http://www.doe-mbi.ucla.edu/verify3d.html. VERIFY3D expects a coordinate file in PDB format. The program returns a profile window plot of the type shown in Fig. 3.
