Regression Results Explanation

Hi there, can any body help me with the results of regression model that i applied on sequencing data. its log(Y) = intercept +beta(x)

Slope = 0.4239 R² = 0.15928 my independent variable is not log while dependent variable is log10 transformed. x axis is 0.1million, 0.2million upto 2million i am confused: how will i interpret slope one unit change in X will cause a change of 0.42 log of y (this is log 10). do i need to antilog to get number for report this one unit will be 0.1 million or 1.1 million ( as i saw in some post that whatever your scale is you have to add or subtract one) how will i interpret this R²

Any help and suggestion will be highly appreciated
