Number Of Tandem Duplications Within 10Kb In Vertebrate Genomes?
Does anybody know if there are any precalculated values for the number of tandem duplications where multiple copies (2 or more) would be found in a sliding window of 10Kb in a vertebrate genome like the human genome?
