What is the best language/approach/method to download all protein structures from PDB that only or mostly contain helices? and only beta-sheets?

Go to the advanced search in RCSB. Select SCOP classification browser. Select all alpha proteins. Click Result count. It will give you all PDB entries with the Alpha structures.
