How To Build A Network Of Mirna And Their Target Genes?

I have list of miRNA and theire targets, can anybody tell me which tool can give me network of miRNA and their target genes?

By "network" do you mean you want to make a figure showing these relationships? Do you want/need to do any other analysis?

What you seem to have is an edge list. You can load this kind of data directly into Cytoscape and have it draw a network for you.
