Thank you, but I already went through that presentation :)
Hi BioStar,
Finally going through Taverna Workflow and realising what a great tool I was missing. Can you guys share me some of your experiments/workflows and list main objective. I am more interested in the workflows that is suitable for the beginner.

There is an excellent Tutorial from the University of Manchester explaining the basics: An Introduction to Taverna Workflows.
An then there is a large collection of workflows in myexperiment.org but you already mentioned that.
I mean workflow you have design!
The first link explains how to build simple workflows by examples (i.e., "suitable for the beginner" to understand the process) and the 2nd is a collection of workflows that are/were used by certain people or research groups plus a description/"objective". So how is this not what you want?

Nice, but before you get totally enthusiastic, try to implement some real-world workflow with Taverna and see if you really save time.
It's not just about saving time... it's also about not having to manually type all again and again...
Was just meant to keep things grounded, but ofc Taverna looks pretty nice on paper.
