Encode Open Chromatin Data Formats

Hi,

I was looking at some ENCODE data for regions of open chromatin and noticed that some come in a broadPeak format, some in a narrowPeak format and some in both.

Can anyone tell me the difference bewteen these two formats?

Thanks, D.

These are the first two Google hits for "broadPeak narrowPeak." They answer your question. In the future you could try checking that too.
