Api/Web Service To Fetch Citations Using Pmid
I need to collect citations for a large number of papers. Is there any API/webservice to retrieve citations using PMID ? Something like an API for Google Citations will be perfect, but am not sure if it is out.

Annoyingly, there is no Google Scholar API despite hundreds of requests for one on Google's official bug tracker (http://code.google.com/p/google-ajax-apis/issues/detail?id=109). This is likely due to licensing reasons. You'll probably have to buy a license to Web of Science or similar to do this legally (http://thomsonreuters.com/productsservices/science/scienceproducts/a-z/webofscience/).
