Visualizing Maf Of Variants From Vcf Over A Gene Structure
This is a long shot,
Given genomic position, allelic information and chromosome info is there any visualization tool out there to plot MAF over gene structure ? I am looking for something very similar to locuszoom but also compute MAF directly from VCF and then plot. Is something already available ?
