I believe that MCQs refers to multiple choice questions. Sounds rather like someone searching for answers to examination questions. I am closing this question as off-topic; convince me otherwise and it will be re-opened.
I am a teacher and looking for the resources (books or manuals) to make entry test paper for undergraduate level bioinformatics students. This is quite strange behavior from both of you.....
Actually, it's quite normal behaviour :) This forum is for questions about research problems in bioinformatics. If a question appears to be "off-topic" or poorly-defined then someone will close it. As I said, we will re-open if a good case is made that the question is appropriate for this site. So don't be offended or take it personally.
It's also not good practice to post an exact duplicate question when your original is closed, so your newer question will be removed.
I reopened this question as it could be quite useful for teaching and of course, for students as well for preparing exams. I hope, that teachers wouldn't just replicate the questions literally but use them as examples only. I didn't intend to close the question immediately, but to allow for a day or two for improving it.
