I have some students who are interested in analyzing images of infected and uninfected cells. They hope to create an image processing algorithm that can detect infection. However, we haven't been able to find a reasonable data set.

Do you know of any resources that contain multiple images of infected and uninfected cells of the same cell type? The specific organism and disease don't matter---just the ability to test the algorithm.
