Hello, I would like to know if there is a database specific for cancer related super-enhancers. I am aware that databases such as dbSUPER, ENdb or super enhancer archive (SEA) have some disease related annotations for the super-enhancers in their databases, but I was wondering if there was a cancer specific resources to which I can compare data generated from and in-vivo transgenic cancer mouse model.
