microRNAs with RNEasy Mini Kit (Qiagen)
Hello. I have RNA-seq data using the RNEasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) and I wonder if I can harvest exogenous and endogenous microRNAs with the RNEasy Mini extraction kit?

Answer is no by the way, that is why specialized smallRNA kits have been designed. Please read the manual, it indicates the size range that can be captured.
