Is the optimal model found by IQ-tree software used in raxml software to build ML tree?
HI! Because of the time problem, I want to use IQ-tree software to find the optimal model. Is the optimal model accurate enough? What's more, can this optimal model be used in raxml software to build ml tree, and can raxml software recognize it? Thanks in advance!
