How to concatenate more than 1000 loci?

Hi everyone I want to use all the intron to build phylogenomics tree with RAXML, I have aligned all the introns, before doing a concatenated analysis, I need to concatenate all of the loci together, could you please tell me some software or scripts that can do this? Thank you in advance
