Virtual Box of VEP tool for windows

Hello,

I am using Virtual Box of VEP tool in windows and i am trying to install curl for manual downloading of homo_sapiens cache but it is asking for password to get root access which i couldnt find anywhere on google.

If anyone has idea please help.

Contact the developer of the virtualbox. Post the source of VEP virtual box. In virtual box, you can mount host directories. Try loading the indices externally (from host to virtual box).
