CNVnator Installation

Hello

I am trying to install CNVnator on HPC cluster but facing some problem. Root and samtools are already installed but I couldn't install CNVnator. Can anyone suggest a good source for installing it or alternate software for Bovine WGS?

"it couldn't work" says nothing on what actually happened. It is slightly better at being nothing than "facing some problem". Do you realize that we cannot help you without you being as specific as you can?
