get % of >= Q30 Bases (PF) per index with InterOp

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to calculate % of >= Q30 Bases (PF) per 'sample_id/index' with InterOp. I'm aware that these are in Demultiplex_Stats.htm file after BCL conversion, but I would like to get these stats just by using InterOp python library. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
