Annotation of pLI scores by using ANNOVAR

Hi.

I would like to annotate pLI score for each variant by using ANNOVAR. However, it seems that there is no database with pLI scores in ANNOVAR website.

If it is possible, could you please tell me how to annotate pLI scores in ANNOVAR?

Hi,

You could create a BED file with the pLI scores and do a region-based annotation like here
